Temple University’s Advertising & PR Senior Showcase

THE TASK: Develop a two-pronged advertising campaign that drives registration for Temple University’s Advertising and Public Relations Senior Showcase: one prong aimed at students and the other aimed at recruiters and employers.

THE APPROACH: Almost like a reverse job fair, Temple University’s Advertising and Public Relations department invites employers/recruiters to view the work and portfolios of students in the department. Our campaign was aimed at driving both student and employer registration through a unique event and campaign theme. Particularly in a world post-pandemic, we felt the event theme should reflect the fact that our target audience has likely spent more time online than ever before. Our approach aims at balancing some of that digital overload with an outdoors/camping themed event - Camp Klein!
Aside from aiding in overall event planning and ideation, my contributions focused on logo design, establishing graphics guidelines, student-facing social media marketing strategy and post design, as well as event signage.
